“Popeyes has sadly gone down hill ! The food nor the service is what it used to be!! I don’t understand WHY if I decide to wait for fresh cooked chicken why can’t I have it fried HARDER & LONGER that’s crazy !! The chicken is ALWAYS wet & slippery on the inside & it’s not 1 location it’s ALL of them!! Popeyes can’t get my business no more ! I not mad about it either because I spend 50-60 $ every time I go, so Thanks for inspiring me to keep my $$“
“We went through drive through. We ordered the shrimp tackle box with red beans and rice. I swear everything was freshly made, the cashier at the window was friendly and gave everything we needed in the bag for an effective pull into a park quick lunch. It was great to go through drive-thru and get everything we asked for in the bag, including things we forgot to ask for.
Today has been very busy and stressful and it was nice to have someone doing their job completely and also going the extra mile. I appreciate great customer service and we sure got this today. Thank you Andrew.“
