“Food is good i waited 15 minutes by choice for fresh chicken, staff is very nice and kind there were some who was rude and disrespectful big shout out to casiayh for doing her best even when it was alot of people in her lobby with attitudes she still kept a smile on her face and told them to have a good day thats great customer service right there!!“

There was a snafu in the kitchen causing an inordinately long wait in drive through. The way the young man manages the situation and all of us kept everyone calm. Great customer service!“
