I had the pleasure of working with Zaid for a company event. We asked for donuts, bagels, coffee, and hot chocolate for 300 people. He did not disappoint us. He provided excellent customer service and fresh product. He was also available to answer any questions and meet our accommodations. Great job!

Never had a hard croissant until today. While they were preparing it they didn't see that as a problem. The egg was just in the center as a little dollar coin. If the eggs are that small, maybe they should use two.

The service at this Tim Hortons was friendly and efficient. The food was okay—nothing special but delivered as expected. However, the dining room and floors throughout the store definitely needed more attention, as cleanliness could have been much better. Overall, decent experience but the store would benefit from improved upkeep.
