12/10/23At 1:00 pm on a Sunday this Wendy's is out of receipt paper in the drive-thru and the workers shorted me by 2 cents on the change. I'm wondering if they're actually out of receipt paper or they just decide they don't give out receipts. It was a good thing I looked at that screen so I knew how much I was charged before I got up to that window. It appeared the worker was not planning to give me the correct change until I said where's my pennies, I know you are out of receipts...read full review
NO FISH! on more than one occasion,, even though it's on the menu...I started to place my order but I was rudely interrupted with a quick "WE DON'T HAVE FISH" , without explanation or apologies for the inconveniences..

Not I ordered my food for mobile pick up because I’m on my lunch break and they have the doors locked and told me to wait in line. Like what’s the point of mobile ordering? Then I asked could they bring my food out and was told no! Never again
