Wingstop in Warren

“After a disappointing experience at another Wingstop location, (8 Mile & Woodward) My husband and I decided to try the one on 12 Mile and Dequindre, and the difference in customer service was immediate.
We were greeted right away when we walked in, and our order was taken promptly. The staff was friendly and professional, and we felt acknowledged and taken care of throughout our visit.
The only downsides were that the wait time for our food was a bit longer than expected, and my wings were not cooked “well, well done” as I had requested. That was disappointing, but everything else about the service was solid.
Overall, the customer service at this location was much better than our previous experience, and we would consider returning, hopefully with better attention to special cooking requests next time.“

“I was pleasantly surprised at how pleased I was with my food. Wingstop can be a hit or miss. Everything was very fresh and crispy, which I love. I also didn’t have to wait longer than 20 mins. You’re never in and out of Wingstop so that’s acceptable. Service was kinda eh, but I mean it’s wingstop lol they usually always all look absolutely miserable.“
