McDonald's in Waterford

“My daughter and I stop here every few weeks or so for "fast food day". Food is almost always fresh and hot, but the employees often have very blank affects or just seem like they're dead inside. I always want to ask them if they're okay 🫤 When they hand me the food at the drive-thru and I say thanks, many of them have absolutely no response.“

“I usually just get breakfast here once a month or so. Same thing, every time. Sausage and egg mcmuffin, one hashbrown, with a vernors. Add grap jam and hot picante packets (dude, trust me). Never disappointed, but never overly impressive. Would recommend this location.“

“I don't mind ordering at the kiosk but when I need to order from the register it's hard to get an employee to ring you up. At least three people walked in front of me standing at the register and not one asked if I needed help. Too many people taking care of the drive thru. You can do better McDonald's.“

“This location I have seen different sides too, from good to not so good.

THIS visit however, food (especially the fries 🍟) came out super hot. The two employees in drive-thru were friendly.

This visit was as perfect as could be for a McDonald's.“

“Their food is always hot and the cheese is always melty just the way I like it. They give me cheeseburgers instead of mcdoubles sometimes, so watch out for that! But they're usually really good about getting all your food and getting it right. Sometimes the line is long, sometimes very long because of staffing issues, but for the most part they are fairly timely.“
