The food and drinks are always good, I have had a mostly pleasant experience with minor difficulty.
The only issue I have is that when I come in for the early morning breakfast (5:40am), I have had to consistently ask for a bag to put my order in.
Now I don't know what upper management has to say on this, if it was their decision to not provide a bag unless asked for. but this small annoyance sets the employees up to receive undeserving hostility from the customer....read full review
