“I normally don’t write reviews, but after just spending money on a take out order that they didn’t include the chips I ordered then said that I didn’t order them, which I did because I ordered a large mild salsa. Why would I do that? so the manager , Sam, told me I could come back to the restaurant, but he would have to charge me for the chips that they made a mistake on. And even worse was, I had to wait for them to make my tostada, and when I got it home, the cheese was not even melted. It was just placed on top of the beef with no tomato or lettuce and the cheese on the burritos was cold and like rubber. I Will not go back there. The food and service was terrible.“

“Great food! Affordable Prices and quick service. On Cinco de Mayo, we ordered a variety of 30 Tacos, 20 Quesadillas, Loaded Steak fries, Guacamole and Chips/Salsa. It was all bagged and ready within 15mins.“

“Finally got try Carlos Mexican restaurant. The food is spectacular. I had a chimichanga and hubs had the hulk burrito. We were so full last night. Then today we both said we wanted more, so we got more food from there. Same as last night but there’s so much more to try in the future. Staff is awesome and the prices. We will be back“

“I was just here maybe an hour ago, this was my first time ever trying qdoba and also my first time ever inside a qdoba, while I was waiting on my food my blood sugar dropped and the staff gave me a cup so I could drink something sweet and when my order was ready they still gave me the bottled drink I paid for. Probably a miscommunication cause I was about to pass out, but they didn’t charge me for the cup or make a big fuss, they just took care of me. I will definitely be returning, our food was delicious and the service was some of the best I’ve had.“

He was kind enough to chat with me while I ate my meal. He explained that the new owners brought Ray back so they can master his families recipes. “I've been eating at various Qdobas regularly since 2016...but i usually chow up in Troy since I live close to there. However I had business to do down here so I thought I'd try this one out. No offense to Troy or any other location, but I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place...including Ariona! I mostly order odd combinations but she listened and got me EXACTLY what I wanted without repeating myself, is fast, has a tremendous demeanor, is very friendly but not overdoing it (which tells me its genuine) and not that yall care but she's beautiful as well Haha. Also Kyla on the register was great as well. I tried not to beg Ariona for the rest of my visit to come work at the Troy location the whole time since this is so far away Haha. Food is fresh and the place is clean (unlike most others). And, I was there about 3 hours (waiting to do what I had to do close by) and everyone waa still laughing and pleasant when I left at 9! I didn't wanna leave! I'll definitely be back! A thousand stars!“

“I had a burrito that I had requested in a bowl. Thank goodness, IT WAS HUGE! They did the most unique thing and thoroughly mixed all the ingredients in the tortilla before folding it up. That way you get all the wonderful flavors in every bite. I've never seen this done before, but will forever eat my burritos this way!!!!!

“Me and my partner had a fantastic experience at Qdoba thanks to an outstanding employee named West! I placed three separate orders at once, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Despite the difficulties of my order, he handled everything with a great attitude and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. His customer service was top-notch, and it really made my visit enjoyable. The ingredients tasted fresh and everything was fully stocked. I’ll definitely be coming back, thank you again!“

“We heard about the grill being open, and we joked about food from a gas station. So we tried it! We ordered chicken shawarma and birria tacos. The place was extremely busy, so that says a lot. We waited about 30+ minutes. The shawarma wasn't what we are used to, which would be chicken, garlic, pickle, radish. Their sandwich is about 3-4" thick, too big and too messy. It had so much stuff, including french fries inside. Just not what we enjoy. My niece loved her tacos!!“

“Easter Sunday , 5pm. This afternoon shift mgr is great. The food always looks fresh and she always has the sauteed green peppers that l love. Staff is friendly, so polite , and the area looks so clean. They were moving people right along so that we could dive right in to our great food. I work in this airport and its one of the best restaurants here. A big thank you !!!“

“I don’t know who made this steak grilled cheese burrito, but without a doubt is the best burrito I have ever had from Taco Bell. I also got a Doritos locos taco cheesy Gordita crunch and a cheesy chicken melt, and I gotta say, whoever is back there making sure the taco shells are crunchy and the flatbread is toasty needs a raise. 10/10 would eat again.“

“Went through and was dissatisfied with my order (for petty reasons) and the gm personally refunded me and let me keep my order and it actually wasn't bad after all.. I felt terrible and I'll support this tacobell as a result and say their service is outstanding!!“
