This is my local Wendy’s and they’re usually not the best but today they were out of a bunch of items like chicken nuggets, crispy chicken and large cups. Instead of receiving a double stack in my biggie bag I received a hamburger, this isn’t the first time that I’ve gotten a small smaller sandwich or wrong sandwich at this location. Everyone is usually nice there though.

The pit I felt walking into this establishment was immobilizing. It’s like my feet were trying to turn me around to get out of there. Nonetheless, I went inside, I was pleasantly greeted by a very kind employee named DENISHA. If it weren’t for Denisha, this place would have zero stars from me. Every other staff member ASIDE from Denisha was extremely rude and unprofessional. So much so, I heard all of the workers dropping B and F bombs about the people in the drive thru. Literally...

Went by drive thru for 3 people. we didn't get all 3 of our fries, only got 2. only had 2 straws for our 3 drinks. No sauce that we ordered, and no napkins.

We didn't stay for long, but that was upsetting and ruined the smooth day.
