“Manager is playing games with metric for time to process an order by making you wait to order at drive thru. Won’t take your order until car ahead of you is driving off. Same problem last year so it’s a pattern.“

“We were driving through on I-75 so I looked ahead and saw the West Branch Wendy's coming up. I hopped on the Wendy's app and ordered for it to be ready at 12:30pm. When we arrived, the line of cars was backed up around the drive through and there was a very long line of people inside. We walked in and our order sitting ready on the counter. I kind of felt bad waltzing in and picking up our food in front of all the waiting people. We ate inside and were finished eating about the time the people at the end of the line when we came in were ordering. It looked like they only had one person taking orders, probably understaffed. However, a win for the Wendy's app! I recommend using it if you stop here. Our order was perfect, everything was exactly as ordered.“
