“We were there to celebrate my birthday. We sat at a high top in the bar. Tia, the bartender, was always attentive and friendly. The food, 4 different meals, was excellent and presented well. And we ordered 4 different bar drinks which were all tasty and delivered in a timely manner. The restaurant was completely full but we never felt “abandoned” by Tia. We would recommend this restaurant to others.“

“Best Pizza I’ve had in months. In a little strip mall next to Jackie’s. Far superior to the other pizza places in Holland. Great baked crust and a bit of a kick in the sauce. Quite a surprise to “find” this place as I drive past it frequently and decided today to stop in.“

“I believe in giving props when they're due, and just want to say you guys are awesome! We had a long day, and decided to take a chance on pizza. Came in at 6:15. Lately, it's not easy to fine good service and quality food at a decent price. You hit all three. I have worked in food service for decades. It was really great, to come in to pick up my order, and see a lot of people working behind the counter, not just standing around. And to the 2 young men at the registers, great job!! So professional, polite, and hustling to handle the crowd coming in. Our food was made perfect too.. Be proud Mancinos crew, you guys rock!“

“I heard good things about this place and tried it today. Had the Italian sub and my son had the club. They were both really good. Would recommend and will be back. Also the place smells and feels like a pizza shop from when I was a kid.

“Out first visit to Dominos in Grand Haven. A greeting with a big smile and 10 minutes later- a pizza to take home- and a bit later- WOW- what a delicious pizza- we are hooked: thin crust with our favorite toppings- and left over slices for later- Thanks for a great experience. We will be back“

“We travel to Holland every year or so and always visit Hops for dinner while there. We enjoy the atmosphere and staff are always attentive and fun. Wagyu steak has been our favorite meal for the past few years as it was always fork tender, moist and flavorful. We were disappointed that while still flavorful it was very tough and dry. I’m not sure if it was the way it was prepared or just a poor cut of steak. Our salads and asparagus were top notch as usual. Our next trip we will still visit Hops but we won’t be ordering the Wagyu steak.“

“The service was great. The man was very kind and friendly, he was all by himself and still got the food out on time. The pizza was okay, it looked really nice, however the sauce was a little flavorless. The Buffalo boneless wings were very saucy and flavorful. I would highly reccomend the wings. Try it out!!“

“Great service. Consistent quality of all things pizza. Our favorite is Papas Favorite, of course. Soooo glad this location is back in action. The staff is attentive and working well together the quality of the pizza is what we have come to expect from Papa Murphy’s. Plus we figured out how to always have a completely cooked crust. “Amazing staff! I asked about a cider I had that I loved and although they didn’t carry it, they generously offered to see if they could get it for me. A week later they called to say they got it in for me and how much of it did I want(probably a minimum they had to order)? I appreciated their efforts so much that I bought all of it-Customer Service (and upselling)at its finest! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S. Give those ladies a raise! 💯“

“We go every other Sunday evening but that ends now! this location is disgusting, it's dirty and on super bowl Sunday the floors where so slick my abled body almost became disabled from a fall and not one employee seemed to care or even bother to get a slippery floor sign. This is a direct failure in management as they are not concerned about the conditions of the restaurant. Our family of 7 will not be returning and warning everyone to stay away until new management is brought in and a very very deep cleaning is done!!!“
