I had a less than great experience at Jets last week, the person who answered the phone to take my order was pretty rude. I emailed Jet’s to let them know of my experience. Today, I got a call from a store manager (Joe) who apologized on behalf of the employee and Jet’s and promised that next time they’ll do better.

They are awesome I accidentally took my Sauce off my pizza when trying to get sauce on the side when ordering online. They called me to clarify but I unfortunately couldn’t get to the phone so they made it the right way for me. They are awesome specially the guy in with the brown beard thank you 🙌🏼🔥

The friendly employees provide great service, and orders are always ready on time. This location stands out from others, with customers willing to drive by other options to get to this Jet's. The employees make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They are amazing and the manager is the sweetest. The pizza and the staff are loved.
