“Ordered food online was charged for it and app said uh oh not accepted but yet the money was withdrawn form my account i went in still not being refunded showed the manager while being super busy also happen to a second person while she's telling me probably will get refunded, either way THIS manager showed the proper way how to treat customers got both are ordered made them no questions asked TODAYS STAFF was SLAMMED and did amazing 10/10 all day“

I ordered a chicken bowl with extra lettuce cheese and other specifics, and a chalupa that was edited too. Not only did they make the best Taco Bell I've ever had they gave it to me with a smile through the window! So yummy! Thank you guys for making my lunch the best“
“This is because if Britney Edward’s and Paris assisting me making my order correctly after I was rudely cut off multiple times by the other Britney. So I had a lunch break and spent most of it upset and annoyed about my order being incorrect by the time I got back to my job. I thought if only the woman at the window did not cut me off multiple times she would have gotten my order correct. I did call and made a complaint that manager at the time named Britney understood she was rude by cutting me off and gave me a credit with an apology. I came back to redeem my credit today and the other Britney Edwards on duty and the young lady by the name of Paris, helped rectify my situation made service great and pleasant for me to want to come back again. They have a wonderful sense of humor, great attitude, and they work swiftly . Thanks To them, I Will come back and is the reason I left my star rating.“
“I went to Taco Bell for lunch. The bean burrito was good. The soft taco supreme had plenty of vegetables but very little meat and sour cream. The employees were courteous an professional.
