“Door is locked. They (two employees) watched my Mom hobble up to the door with her cane and they just stood there. We had to go around to the front of the gas station and walk through the convenience store to get into the restaurant. They could put a bell on that door if they can't watch it all the time.The food is good and a great value.
Parking: No handicapper parking for restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult and inconvenient handicapper access.“

“Tonight was our first time at Culvers in Muskegon. My husband got a burger basket and a chili, and I got the cod dinner. I have to say, the food was great. The service was so friendly and accommodating. My fish was so good that it had me wishing I could eat more, sadly I am not a big woman. We will be back, again and again.“

“Friendly and happy staff. Lots of options to choose from. I got the flavor/creation of the week, the tiramisu dream. It wasn’t as sweet as it looked which I’m happy about—super yummy! Enjoyed sitting up top, eating my ice cream, and watching cars go by. Wish I could’ve tried other things on the menu but was just visiting from out of state.“
