“Been going to the Whippi Dip for decades. They still have the same great soft serve ice cream. And they pile the soft serve so high that even a small cone comes with nearly a pint of ice cream. If you're in Norton Shores and haven't been, you should try it. Edit 5/23: I don't live within a thousand miles of Whippy Dip anymore, but I won't ever visit Norton Shores without setting aside time to go there.“
“We went here after a walk in the woods. I was really surprised it was open on Easter. But boy am I thankful they were. We got two Who You Calling Shortcake a dip of regular strawberry and PEEP ICE CREAM!!!!! WH WH WH WHAT?????? The strawberry was really good, and the shortcake sundaes we're beautiful and delicious but that Peep's sundae????? Cold Stone....YOU NEED TO HAVE THIS ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!! By far one of the best sundae I have ever eaten and trust me, I've had more than my fair share. It was adorable looking and delicious. Thanks for completing our Easter day ?“
“soo so so good their cookies are amazinggggg. also the service was really good. the worker was so sweet. the price is okay. you get a huge cookie and that is just so good. the building wad clean and nice. there was no trash on the floor. the workers were wearing gloves. it was just such a good time.“
“They have tons of flavors. We tried a few and were not disappointed. I'd suggest getting your servings in a cup of your going with size small and up; it's literally a tower of ice cream scoops! I'd highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area.“

“There was a wide array of ice cream options to choose from. The portion size was incredibly generous; a small cup was the perfect size for two people. We tried Michigan pothole and lemon cheesecake bar, and both flavors were absolutely delicious.“

“Our favorite frozen yogurt place!! Every time we visit we always receive great customer service, it’s always clean and they are always willing to help. We use to visit their location in North Muskegon but we’re so happy that they are close to our home now, which means more visits :) I love them so much, I booked them for an employee appreciation and it was a hit!“
“The food is decent but they need back up workers on call for when it gets busy that way it doesn't have to take 45 minutes to order an ice cream not a complaint against the employees. But the owner should consider hiring part time people specifically for busy time“
“It was wonderful. I had the Skee Town Sampler which let's you choose 6 flavors along with 3 toppings. It was ALOT. The girl working there said she had NEVER seen Anyone finish one solo so I said "challenge accepted". I did finish it tho but every bite was amazing. Now she has a story to tell. Highly recommended“

“The owner (I presume is the one who helped us) was very welcoming!! She had a big smile on her face and greeted us within seconds of walking in. Best part was walking in and watching a mom and daughter enjoying the ice cream with a smile on her face.One of the best mom and pop ice cream shops I have ever been too. We drove a couple hours to watch the sunset and got some amazing sweet treats with it!!“

“I go here occasionally. It's a nice place if you have a sweet tooth. They usually weigh the treat so be prepared to spend a bit, especially if you love lots of toppings. There's a large assortment of frozen yogurt with some amazing flavors and many more toppings to boot. They also have frozen yogurt in containers to purchase if you feel like bringing some home. The atmosphere is nice and the boat register is a nice addition considering the place is near the river. If your walking down town it's a nice place to stop especially during a hot day. You basically serve yourself though there's a few workers available to assist you.“
“Great little local ice cream shop. They are generous with the portions. Personally I have to go with a baby scoop so I can finish it all ?. Many different options for Sundays, shakes/malts as well as soft and hard serve. Sometimes a bit of a wait but that's because it is usually 2 young girls in there working their butts off to try to keep up with the flow and they do a great job.“
“Grand Haven isn't short on ice cream places (there's literally another one on the other side of the building and another across the street...) but I've always found Dairy Creme to be the best, especially if you're looking for dairy free options. They have almond milk ice cream, rotating dole whip flavors, and coconut whip and that opens a lot of doors for dairy free peeps. Prices could be lower, but, we're talking about Grand Haven right on the river, so it's hard to knock them for it when everyone else is going to be about the same. If you're trying to decide between the two in this building, I'd say go for Dairy Cream. Never disappoints.“
“This place is amazing, tremendous selection of flavors in both hard and soft, as well as milkshakes, smoothies, etc. etc. etc.I had the Chocolate Monster junior size and it was way more than I really wanted to finish, not that I could stop. But I needed to go for a 1 mile walk after that to recover.“
“The place smelled great from the moment we stepped in the door! So many luxury chocolates, fudge and ice cream. We just wanted a little something after eating lunch, and you can buy individual pieces of you want. I got mocha and Irish cream truffles, one of each. We paid $5 for four hand crafted truffles and they were delicious!“
