“Norm's Ice Cream is hands down one of those places you keep coming back to. Yesterday was our first visit of the year, and it did not disappoint. As always the portions are huge, the ice cream is rich and creamy, and they’ve got a great variety of flavors to choose from.
I especially love that they serve Hudsonville Ice Cream, you really can’t go wrong with it. Whether you’re going classic or trying something new, it’s always on point.
The staff is friendly and moves quick even when there’s a line, which is a huge plus. Prices are more than fair for what you get, and they definitely don’t skimp on scoops.
Perfect spot to bring the family or just stop by and treat yourself. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!“

“Coast Guard festival, 2023 À la mode was super busy, and the customer service was on point as well as their speed of service. We had a party of five and all of our orders were done and at the window before even finished paying. Absolute bonus they have gluten-free cake cones! My eight year old was thrilled! Thank you so much A La Mode to be accommodating those will have to live free lifestyle!!“

“My hubby & I are fans as it is, but tonight we were very impressed. The GH location was on Fox news, and as you would expect, the place was swamped! (We did go to Ferrysburg though.). Anyway, the young man in charge as well as 3 teen girls were so awesome! They were happy & hustling! It was refreshing to see young people working hard and working so well together! Plus of course, we loved our shaved ices!“
