“Fresh & fantastic donuts!! Best around. Got to get there early enough before they run out! And, I learned you can order a day or two in advance if you know you've got a big order. I've done it for work, a party, and for a work crew at a construction project.“
“I recently had the pleasure of stopping by this McDonald's for dinner, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The standout moment of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Hunter at the front window. Not only was he engaging and kind, but he also took a moment to compliment my outfit—a small, yet impactful gesture that truly made my day. It's rare to encounter such genuine customer service, and Hunter's thoughtfulness added a bright spot to my evening. The food, as expected, was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the annual Shamrock Shake, a seasonal treat I look forward to every year. It was the perfect combination of creamy and refreshing, a testament to McDonald's consistent quality.Overall, this visit to McDonald's was a memorable one, largely due to the warm service and tasty offerings. It's experiences like these that keep me coming back.“
“We went there with a group from work. The pizzas were amazing and piping hot. We had a birthday in the group and they made a dessert pizza that tasted like a churro (to the next level). Great service, great atmosphere and great taste. Definitely a high recommendation to visit this place. We will be back and I will be taking my family here soon.“
“I go here every other week to have coffee with my son, who lives about an hour & a half away from me -- Brighton's the halfway point. The food & coffee are great. We normally meet up on Wednesdays, although we did try once in a Friday & it was far more crowded. If you want a savory breakfast pastry, you have to get there earlier than 9 am on a Friday. At 9, there are still some Wednesday savories available. (Note: I do appreciate the store not wasting food, & if I am "stuck" eating a sweet, ah, poor me. ;-) The food is fine -- worth the occasional splurge. We've been coming here in the fall & winter so far. The view from the upper room is lovely, so I am looking forward to sit-outside weather (there is a patio). There's free parking in the back.As noted, I visit to have a human conversation, so I don't have first hand experience of the wifi, but I do see people working on their computers, & I haven't heard complaints.Parking: The city offers free parking behind the store fronts on the block. There are maybe 7 spaces next to the back of this place. It's a one-way drive through that parking lot to the end where the store is. So if you discover there are no close spaces, you have to exit by crossing a sidewalk (helpful traffic mirror!) & then going back in about a block away & grabbing the first spot you see farther away.Wheelchair accessibility: As best I can tell, wheelchair access is available through the back, but someone has to hold the door. The lower dining area is a bit crowded to freely move around but people will probably move to help you get by. There are bathrooms on the ground floor. I have never entered from the front. For the last 5 years of his life, my husband was wheelchair-bound, so I'm familiar with accessibility issues, but I didn't come to this place until after his death, so I don't have personal experience.“
“The food was fantastic with lots of vegan options. The interior dining area is limited and not appropriate for large groups. There appears to be a lot of take out orders happening and some coolers to pick up premade items to finish at home. I'll be back for the nachos.“
“Food was phenomenal, decent price especially for being so fresh (try the caramel apple energy drink and maple syrup latte as-well as the burritos and avocado toast). Didn’t wait long but they had tic tac toe to play while our orders were finished up. The girls behind the counter were really nice too.“
“I love Bagels and Bites! It’s pretty much the only bagel place in Brighton, but let me tell ya, they do bagels right! They have a huge variety of bagels from unique flavors like traverse city cherry to more common ones like everything and asiago. Service is always quick and employees are friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!“
“Overall this is a lovely place for a bite to eat. It seems that business entrepreneurs favor this for meetings and laptop work. There's not much on the lunch menu without mayo, but the caprese sandwich was pretty good. Although, the mozzarella was cold and the bread was hot, which was a bit odd.Service was super friendly! But I'm not a fan of how they assign you a table, but do not walk you to the table. Somebody's bags were being stored at our assigned table and it just made for an awkward situation. I think it's better to give the customers their number and let them choose where to sit, to be honest. Especially if there are no waitress services. There's plenty of parking and it's definitely kid friendly. Changing tables are in the bathrooms and they have a few high chairs.Kid-friendliness: There are changing tables in the bathrooms and a few high chairs available.“
“Nestled in the heart of South Lyon, The Corner Social is a charming café housed in a historic building dating back to 1855. Stepping through its doors, patrons are not only greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee but also by the palpable sense of history that permeates the air.The café’s ambiance effortlessly blends old-world charm with modern comfort, making it an inviting space for locals and visitors alike. The exposed brick walls, original hardwood floors, and vintage decor pay homage to the building’s storied past, while cozy seating areas invite guests to linger and unwind.“
“I am a raw vegan and very sensitive to anything that is not pure and natural. I found Arbor Tea and ordered some organic green decaffeinated tea. I fasted for three mornings testing it. Today is the fourth day and I am so excited to wake up looking forward to drinking it again. I have had no adverse reactions to it at all. It balances me out all day and I sleep so much better at night. Arbor teas are tested for heavy medals, etc...and their packaging is excellent made with non toxic material. I recommend them to everyone. Blessings to Arbor Teas.I ordered eight samples of other teas and received them today/ 3/5/24. I am so excited about trying them all. The company is so professional in everything that they do. Their packaging is amazing and so perfectly done. I love everything about this company and hope that everyone will support their business while enjoying their teas.“
“What a perfect place for a friendly conversation, reading a book, dropping in for an afternoon tea or attending one of the many activities that they host! The coffee is delightful at all hours of they day - always fresh! Delightful food options always appease me and my kids when we stop by. The service is as warm and welcoming as the fireplace inside!“
“I'm ashamed to say we drove by this restaraunt for many years without taking much notice due to it's unassuming exterior. It was definitely our loss. We tried it for the first time and were truly impressed. The dining room is cozy and clean. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Most importantly the food was excellent with unique takes on breakfast staples. Everytning had tons of flavor. A little more expensive than an average Coney Island breakfast. However, in my opinion, it is worth it to move up from those other mediocre offerings to the Breakfast Club's interesting and delicious fare.“
“As a writer, I am a coffee shop elitist, and I'm pretty picky. I don't live over here, and I'm so bummed because this place is awesome. It's quiet, so perfect for writing. It also has a cute makers market, so when I take a break there is lots to look at. The girls at the counter were so sweet, and the food was surprisingly excellent. Plus, the coffee is STELLAR. I wish I could give more stars.“
“Consistently getting it right! The baristas are friendly and courteous! Max is our favorite and always has a huge smile in the morning when we get our coffee & chai ? A+ Ps. Wish we could give extra stars for getting the no dairy/lactose directions right e v e r y time! Thank you!“
“Great place to hang-out, study, or do some online work. There are tables close to power-outlets if you need them. They also have drive-through.Good Coffee selection that tastes great along with their breakfast sandwiches. If something does not taste right for you, ask for Jason (the current owner) and he will redo the drink to your satisfaction.“
“My kid loves Biggby. This particular day, he ordered a bragel, and the employee almost told me that we couldn't have one because she looked at the toaster and thought it was off. We came in 1.5 hours before close.... regardless, the employees were kind and“
“A cozy place with lovely decorations and a chill vibe for gatherings. I ordered a 1/2 chicken pesto sandwich and a small soup of the day. They tasted okay ? Next time maybe I'll try something more adventurous! My friend got the holiday special, grinch matcha latte, and thought it was pretty good as well.“
“THE best chain coffee place! I absolutely love Scooter’s! It is consistently made exactly how I want it, compared to going to Starbucks or Dunkin’ where it’s a gamble on how it’s going to be made. The food is also very good! If you haven’t tried the waffle sandwich, you need to!The employees are always so friendly and it’s nice to be treated well. I highly recommend you try it, you won’t be disappointed!“
“The service at Biggby is so good! These people care so much about their customers more than any other business. Any time I go, they always treat everyone with respect, no matter the age. I recommend their cookies and creme freeze, and their caramel marvel. The place is so cozy and so welcoming. If you are ever in the area a need a quick pick me up, this is the place to go!“
“It's been an honor serving the people of Fenton in the 5 months I've been manager at this Starbucks. All of the girls in this kiosk are the kindest, most thoughtful people I know and as well some of the hardest working.Thank you, all of you for making my stay as great as it has been. I'm moving on to new things in Detroit, and I'll miss all of you.“
“I’m from NC and we come up to Michigan once a year and we only come to this one because the service is absolutely amazing! the coffee’s are always the same and they always ask about coupons or try and get you the best deal possible! the workers are always very friendly and are very quick!Kid-friendliness: always are super nice and interactive with kids and suggest more kid friendly drinks and food“
“Cute little cafe! I went there for breakfast and got a blueberry muffin and banana nut bread. Both were great and the portions were nice! I would go again over a Starbucks or Panera. They have a lot of drink options, but I am not a coffee drinker. They also have sandwiches which I look forward to trying next time.“
