I've been going here since it opened and have slowly watched it decline. Tonight was the last time for me.I ordered two bacon burgers the bacon on them was not just a little it was burnt so bad it was black that should have went in the trash. The Mushrooms and onions also burnt . I returned my order and figured the management would remake and take care that my new order was done properly. Nope he was 18 if he was lucky. I have currently been on hold for 8 minutes listening to them laugh and joke and letting new orders be taken before mine so I hung up to call back and the line is busy. I guess the phone is still off the hook from me being on hold. They have lost at least 30 minutes worth of phone orders. Highly unprofessional in my opinion.
