Big Boy Reviews
Sarah L is the best server downriver! She is always friendly and leaves us not needing a thing. I ask for her section every time she's working <3
The food made me sick. They didn't even know how to cook hashbrowns. Definitely weren't well done. Just drenched in grease. It was like noodles.
The rest wasn't great either. I'm not a cook and I cook better than whatever that is. The waitress was nice though so I didn't take it out on her.
Get a real cook.
I was so excited walking into a clean, spotless and fresh restaurant. Amanda was an attentive and friendly server. We received our meals with a short wait time. My husband had fish and chips. Big Boy restaurant is a clean and welcoming place with friendly staff. The fish remains a highlight, and the food consistently impresses, especially the Strawberry lemonade and the Big Boy Burger with fries. The restaurant has a classic feel that appeals to long-time locals, with some modern touches that keep it fresh. The Slim Jim is a favorite, and recent reviews praise how close it is to the way it used to be back in the 70s and 80s. The tomatoes used in dishes look freshly picked, resembling those from a home garden. While service can sometimes be inconsistent—some waitresses are attentive, others seem less engaged—the overall experience is positive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a good spot to enjoy a quick bite or a relaxing meal. Despite minor variations in service, Big Boy remains worth visiting again.
