Bob Jo's has the best custard Downriver hands down! I recently went there with my best friend and we got kind of a half and half we did a Twist but only halfway and then put the lemon on top which was the special flavor of the day yum!
Such amazing staff always! They are so kind and fast at their jobs. I give them my money, and they hand me my change AND my sweet treat at the same time! Will forever and always go here for my ice cream!
More than likely, if you're looking up this place, you're not a local. This is definitely a local tradition, and people stop here all summer long. They serve some of the best frozen custard you'll find Downriver and have been doing so for many, many years. They always offer their classic vanilla and chocolate custard, along with several other flavors that are usually excellent.
