“We stopped by Gizzmos between a wedding and the reception at the hall down the street. And when I said ‘we’, I mean about 25 guests! The only bartender/ wait staff was incredible !! She kept up with the orders and we all had great drinks. Bravo Gizzmos!!“

“We went here for the first time yesterday & had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owners are so so nice & helpful with helping what cigar to pick. We came in & the warm welcoming & cozy atmosphere felt like we were at home. I got the expresso martini & it was by far the BEST one I’ve ever had! Definitely will be a regular spot for us. “Stopped by on Easter Sunday because my usual places were closed. I am glad I did! Had a great experience sitting at the bar. Courtney did an excellent job with my cocktails and she was attentive and pleasant. The Caesar Salad (yes to anchovies, please!) and the Pepperoni Flatbread were just what I needed.“

“We celebrated our ten year anniversary and were surprised with a beautiful card at the table with lovely wishes from the restaurant. Dinner was fantastic, I recommend the filet and the shrimp appetizer. The shrimp is AMAZING! Before we left we were gifted a bottle of house champagne.“

“This place is a total dive, but in the best way possible! The Redneck Riviera is a hole-in-the-wall joint with a heart of gold. The beer is cheap, the music is loud, and the crowd is a mix of locals and out-of-towners looking for a good time. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, have a few drinks, and forget about your troubles. If you're looking for a no-frills, good-time bar, this is the place to be.“

“Great atmosphere! Honestly the best blackened walleye I've ever had. It was busy and everyone was having a good time. Loud but it was a very lively crowd. I got there just before karaoke, some dude went up there and sang his heart out to a Katy Perry song and at first I was like 👎.. but seriously dude was out of key and still rocked the entire crowd. I've never laughed so hard in life. It wasn't cringe at all.. it was freaking amazing. Food and drink was A1 got voodoo ranger on tap and was pleased it was still fresh. The blackened walleye was not fishy at all. Perfectly seasoned. Perfectly cooked. Im pretty sure I was sitting at the bar while the DJ was eating ny strip next to me. It smelled good enough to go back and order ny strip next time. If I wasn't married, I'd definitely shoot my shot on what was on the menu. Ratio was 30% sausage 45% clam 25% couples. Prices were great and bar tenders were eye candy, but were not obnoxiously vying for tips. Pretty sure I tipped $10 on $30. Everything was great! will probably bring my wife here for a excellent dinner and a few drinks. 100% will get road head on the way home!“
“Clean, welcoming and cold beer. You could call it a hole in the wall, but it's more than that when you step inside. Your welcomed by everyone in the bar and you'll definitely feel at home after just a few minutes...few places like this place.“
“I hosted a work reception for 35 people and Whisky Parlor was the perfect choice. The appetizer menu is large and varied, and the food was delicious. The bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable and they took great care of our group. The drinks were fresh and delicious and staff were incredibly attentive to our needs.
The space itself is fantastic, with kind of a modern urban warehouse vibe, with exposed brick and great woodwork. It's spacious enough to hold a large group and it's set with several groupings of both hard and soft furniture that makes it easy to gather in smaller groups. A huge bonus is that it's a private space on the 2nd floor and it has it's own private entrance off the street.
I highly recommend Whisky Parlor for special occasions, or just a great spot to hang out with friends.“

“The best fun I have had in a long time... Brunch was off the chain and so much more. There is no event like it in the city. If you haven't been, you most go. The host even came to our booth and all the booths to meet the customers personally and that's hugh. The food. The music. The service. All worth visiting for, and I can't wait to go again“
“Stopped here after dinner. It was free before 11:00 pm. The DJ was spinning and mixing with some nice house music, that was off the chain. The lounge set up along the wall, with the dance floor in the middle along with the open roof top, made for an amazing party vibe and dance atmosphere. Come with your dancing shoe.“

“Staff was great! One of us ordered a chicken salad, the other one ordered a quesadilla. We were already at the hotel so we popped in here to get a small late dinner given that the storm that produced one of the nastiest skies I've ever seen was still happening. We're glad we did! Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant!“

“For a soul food restaurant the food was very close to homemade.The collard green were good.The bathroom left a lot to be desired. It was very nasty.The floors were sticky even in the bathroom. Overall the food was good and I would go back again.“

“Went before a Tiger playoff game and had a blast. Food was amazing, bar food done right. Delicious and well prepared. My only nock is the bottled beer selection, random and apparently ever changing. Food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent!“

“I had my wedding at The Waterfront Wyandotte and everything was perfection!!!! All of the guests raved about the location, the food and the staff!!! My husband and I could not be happier!!! The staff specifically Jaz, Aubree, Matt, Rochelle and Alyssa were the sweetest and so on top of everything. They are the best staff ever!!! Thank you guys so much for giving us all the most memorable day of our lives!!“
