“Highly recommend Brickhouse in Wyandotte if you’re looking for a space to host an event! We had a Game On Cancer fundraiser and Lion’s watch party in their upper level yesterday and everything was wonderful. The space is huge, giving us plenty of room for eating and drinking, a kids’ activity area, basket raffles, and more. Their team was very helpful and easy to work with (leading up to the event and on the day-of) and the food was great!“

“We made a 6:30 pm reservation online for my wife'sbirthday. Someone called to confirm the reservation within minutes and confirmed we were celebrating a birthday. Which was strange because no one ever said Happy Birthday! That aside we had the best dinner. Our server Shelly was amazing. She gave great recommendations and history on the restaurant. We visited the restaurant under the former owners but the new owner updated everything. Shelly even let us know about the windows in the hall where we were able to see the chefs making food, and the dry aging meat was neat to see. We had crab cakes, wedge salad, French onion soup, Aged Ribeye and Halibut. We couldn't eat another bite, so we ordered the chocolate flour less cake and it was an enormous piece that we enjoyed two nights! Great evening. It was dinner and experience! I forgot to mention the jazz band was a lot of fun too!“

“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

“I tried really hard to find Google reviews for this restaurant but I could not locate it so I will leave my review here. I'm a little late but I'll keep my promise. My boyfriend and I had lunch here yesterday and it was such a nice experience. The '80s and '90s theme is so cool! and the girl behind the counter who took our order was as sweet as could be. I wish I couldn't remember the name of the store owner, and I should have written it down, but what a genuine nice guy! The food was superior! I had the chicken and bacon ranch wrap which was so large that I had to take half of it with me. My boyfriend's Ringo Burger was so delicious and so fresh tasting. We also had the cajun fries and he generously offered a cup of French onion soup for us to try. All I can say is delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back again! “Originally from Michigan but now live in Florida. Went to Detroit for the weekend to attend Red Wings games. Looked for perch dinners and found Andrew’s. Absolutely awesome perch with a generous portion. Loved the atmosphere of the old time era. Staff exceptionally friendly as was the owner. Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return. What I liked was the minimal breading so you have the true taste of perch. This is by far the place to go if you love perch.“

“This is a grip of nostalgia from the word go.

This restaurant is never more than it needs to be. One person on the grill, one waitress, and a great lineup of breakfast and lunch options.

The place is cash only, which is not something you see everyday. And EVERYTHING on the menu is under $10.

You won’t find a better value for breakfast in the area. The cynics would say it needs to be renovated, but if they do it would take away from the charm.

Nothing needs to change about this place. We will be here again. Thank you“

“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING LADYS ARE ALWAYS SUPER NICE AND ATTENTIVE MY FAVORITE IS THE CHICKEN AVOCADO SANDWICH IT IS DELICIOUS EVERY TIME. I am coming here for my bday brunch because the avocado sandwich is just that good the salsa is also super delicious just the right amount of spice. The food is always super fresh as well!!!“

“First time ordering here last night, got a large deep dish and bambino bread with extra butter and cheese, was one of the best pizza and bread i have had in a long time real cheese and cook perfect not too much sauce . And the workers were so friendly and nice. I will differently be a returning customer. Keep up the great job“

“Wanted to try a new pizza place for the family tonight and after a google search, found Mickeys Pizza. Made a call to see if the did delivery because well, after painting all day; I wasn’t driving anywhere. Had the pleasure of speaking with Damien I believe. Absolute gent! Answered all my questions and got me squared away to enjoy a night of not cooking, and self indulging in some awesome downriver pizza. I don’t have the pizza in front of me quite yet as I just placed this order. But due to the impeccable customer service I received from Damien, I felt just in coming to write a positive review just based off my experience with him alone. I look forward to this pizza set to arrive at my home in the next half hour, with my 6 sides of ranch and 2 sides of garlic butter.

“My family and I were visiting from the US and decided to take a chance on this restaurant. I’m so glad we did. The staff were very friendly, there were many options on the menu, and the food was fantastic. The owner treated us like she had known us for years and made sure my 3 year old had a fun, memorable dinner. We will absolutely be back to eat here again.“

Our service or server was very slow tonight (sandwiches out before soup & salad) and we were never offered refills on our drinks. We asked for no tomatoes and they were on both sandwiches. “Best coleslaw in Metropolitan Detroit. Staff is great. Broasted chicken is mediocre at best and pricey, French fries are horrible. Suggestion: 1) Find out why chicken crunch goes soggy in minutes, the batter is tasteless 2) Get better fries, serve the fries that Del Taco serves.“
