Belkis Bistro Restaurant Reviews
Always delicious, always incredible. A must visit cuisine in Grand Rapids. I always forget to take pictures because I’m too excited to enjoy the amazing food! I have tried their Arepas, Patacones, and Tostones, and sweet plantains. Plus, I’m gluten free and have had no issues with this place, since most of the plantain and cornmeal based foods have no flour. (Non-celiac, cross contamination doesn’t strongly affect me).
Venezuelan food is delicious.. come and try it!!!
The chicken patacon was amazing

Belkis Bistro Restaurant is a fantastic place with amazing food. The Pabellon is a no-brainer, the Cachapas are indescribable, and the Patacone is like a Puerto Rican Jibarito but might be better. The food is absolutely delicious, including tequenos, empanadas, cachapa, arepas, patacones, tostones, and sweet plantains. The Cachapas with shredded beef are incredible and large, offering very good value. The pabellon plate with beef, rice, beans, and plantains is delicious, and the tequeños on the side are a favorite. The people working are super friendly and helpful, and the customer service is great. It is a must-visit cuisine in Grand Rapids. The portions are decently priced, and the food is always delicious and incredible. Even gluten-free diners have had no issues, since most of the plantain and cornmeal based foods have no flour. The only downside is the open kitchen, so it smells like fry oil in there, but that does not stop take out orders. You quite literally can not go wrong with anything here.
