“I was pretty upset when at first I was missing an item and when I asked at the window the gentlemen was somewhat short with me. Went back and received a sincere apology and acknowledgment that he was wrong and corrected it immediately. I forgot his name but he also offered to make sure my next visit was awesome and I truly appreciated that. Not very often people take ownership of a mistake, apologize and offer immediate solutions.“
“I just left the drive through a half hour ago. I just wanna say that the young lady behind the window was awesome. We talked about the rain. Not only that but I just finished the best Wendy's Burgers i've ever had. The lettuce was cold and crisp, the bacon was crisp, the bun was fresh and the meat was cooked perfect.
