Vegetarian options like modified street corn and cheese quesadilla are available upon request, making it a cool food truck to visit for tasty meals. This place is a hidden gem and the best birria place within a 10-mile radius. It is UNDERRATED & bound to blow up in popularity. Flavors are top tier, espescially consome which is rich and well seasoned. The elote combination is interesting with the flavor combo, might not be for some. The ramen, all that good good is at the bottom. Don't sleep on this spot.
