I love Steak and Shake, but I order Cheeseburgers and get freaking Hamburgers but pay for Cheese!
You can’t eat in the restaurant! I wish I could leave a 1 ⭐️ on not getting their orders right!

Our kids have severe allergies. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! They're cleaning all the surfaces and using fresh clean utensils. Especially the Manager Marisol is always amazing! Plus, they're using beef tallow and no crazy additives. Their fries are absolutely amazing! Great milkshakes! One final suggestion would be to replace Hugh fructose corn syrup in their Ketchup...
