Experience was not a good one for me. Employee was joking around with other e mployee not listening to my order so I had to keep repeating myself to him. Then my husband and I got mad because we asked for heated sandwiches they were cold. Also wanted them cut in half and wrapped individually. No napkins they gave for takeout. The service was good, quick & accurate.This review is to say that there was an older lady that walked into the line from the register side & got in line in front of me & the employees just let her cut the line. When I said something about it, they just made her food & said it will be really quick, they know the order.. this really threw me off. I was very impressed with this subway over other subways. Their food looked good. The restaurant was clean. The staff was quick and assembled the sandwiches well. They buzzed through our 6 person order faster then I expected and they remembered the whole order. I don't normally review fast food. But they are a good one to stop at.
