The China Restaurant in Albert Lea has been one of my longtime favorites, and this photo from a visit with my friend Jessica says it all! We were starving and the food absolutely delivered. Their menu is huge, the portions are generous, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot.

The coconut shrimp was my personal favorite (perfectly crispy and sweet), and the egg drop soup is honestly some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We ordered a big variety that day and every dish hit the spot.

The dining area is clean, cozy, and uniquely decorated, and the staff is always kind, friendly, and quick to take care of you. Great food, great prices, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. This place never disappoints!“
