“So on 4/1 around 7pm I tried to order online. Somehow my app sent the order to the wrong place. I realized this in the drive thru when there was no order found. Thankfully I was able to quickly call the other store and cancel. Was definitely looking to be a terrible situation. But Faye went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience!! Not only was she super understanding and patient which made me feel better, she quickly took my order and got my food out super fast!! Never missed a beat and it is all thanks to her!! With customer service like that I will be going to Panda a lot more often!! Thank you Faye for turning a bad situation into an amazing one!!“

“The staff here is so kind. We took our toddler out for lunch and forgot to grab her plate and bib off the table when we left. The wait staff that cleared the table brought them outside to us, in 15-20 degree weather. Thank you so much for your kindness.“
