“It had been a while since I last came to this Papa John’s location, but I decided to give them another try recently when I heard they were under new ownership. My experience was far better than the last time I visited.

“My mother in law ordered some Pizzas, 1 for herself and 2 for her son and myself. I went into dominos 3 times today. The first time the order wasn't right, so I went back in and told them what was wrong and a lady that worked there sounded like she had it under control, so, we left and went back 15 mins later and the female I talked to in the first place literally wasn't anywhere to be found and she didn't even put in the order. So, this Man who works there his name is Chris, he got right to making my experience way better than expected by making a large (was originally a medium) and throwing in a Brownie for free and he was very apologetic and professional. Even though the customer was causing the drama, the food still turned out good and the gal working was flustered a little due to the guys yelling but she was still polite as well. they don't deserve to be treated that way. thanks guys“
