About Wingstop

Based on the reviews, Wingstop is praised as the only place to get wings, with excellent dine in wings that are hot and fresh. The ranch is delicious. The food is great, and the taste is top of the line. The service receives mixed feedback. Some reviewers note off the chart service all the time, with a service with a smile and staff who remember the family. One worker is described as the best person who understands customer service and goes above and beyond. The manager Karen is amazing and provides the best customer service, making customers feel valued. This location is the only one in Minnesota that makes wings well done and extra crispy to a customer’s liking. However, another experience was really disappointing due to an employee who was extremely rude and dismissive, insisting an order be placed online and saying not to expect it on time.
