“I purchased 2 large pizzas over Memorial Day. I was disappointed in them because the pizzas I picked up were not the quality I was used to. I called Lilly, Manager of the Monticello and expressed my disappointment. She told me she was happy to know that and she would replace them for me when we wanted. I'm very happy to report that I called Lilly and she remembered me and said the pizzas would be replaced free if charge. I see why the Monticello store is exemplary. Thank you Lilly“

“We love Sammy’s pizza over most others. The atmosphere here is sports bar type and is roomy with plenty of seating. Weird access to the parking lot but if you are familiar with it it’s no big deal. The prices are about the same as most places of the same food types, My wife and I ordered the Sammy’s Italian deluxe allegedly with pepperoni and salami, Thinking a peanut butter sandwich has more meat. Was really disappointed in the 15.00 sandwich.The fries were excellent however, the right size and fried perfectly. Our wait staff were fantastic. Next time I will stick to my regular order - pizza.“

“It's unfortunate that Pizza Hut decided to change their personal pan pizzas. I am not a fan of the current version. It's more hand-tossed than deep dish and doesn't taste like “Pizza Hut”. This location used to sell breadsticks and no longer sell those either. Which is also a shame. The staff is nice. The place clean. Usually you have to wait for pizza to be cooked. It's got weird hours. My teen, however, would eat here everyday if I let her.“

“In the past, Domino's Pizza was never my first choice for pizza as their Pizza sauce or crust was not very tasty. However, now, they have made amazing changes to step up their restaurant in creating a great tasting Pizza. Now their sauces and multiple choices of crust are very tasty, including their famous stuff crust pizza. Which adds even another meal by inself! They also added more choices on their menu. The added item I like the most, is their freshly made sub-sandwiches. If I am not feeling a Pizza to indulge in, I can always order a sandwich or other items from their menu. Keep up the trend and great work updating your menu items.“
