“We went there when the whole building was under construction. The signs were off a bit. We got lost because we couldn't tell whether that was pizza hut or something else. Thank God there were 2 pizza hut cars parked outside and we just used whatever door and thank God we got our food. The food was very tasteful. My daughter liked it. We had ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. And it was quick and on time. The only problem we had was location confusion and ongoing construction“

“I ordered the “viral” pizza a couple of days ago and it hands down was one of the best dominoes pizzas I have ever had in my life from this store. so I ordered several for my coworkers on a busy Saturday night. When I went in the St Micheal store they were extremely busy and of course I come in with a gift card that I hadn’t used. Let me tell you I have never seen such polite, respectful staff. It wasn’t just one staff member trying to trouble shoot this card. And the teamwork your team has was impressive. They were swamped!!! And I was so embarrassed that nothing was working. Your team at this store definitely needs some recognition because every employee that helped and came to help another employee was unbothered, and helped the other person !!! that is rare as some teams just want it figured it to get you out the door and the help the next person!! Absolute best customer service I have ever had at any pizza place !!! 20 stars!!! And the pizza was amazing!! Thank you !!!“

“I love the pizza. It's not Domino's or pizza hut that most of us are used to. Frank did a lot of research to start the pizzeria. With Alec's help they made it successful. Zac continues to make great pizzas after the passing of Alec two years ago. I recommend everyone to give it a try. yum yu6“

“I purchased 2 large pizzas over Memorial Day. I was disappointed in them because the pizzas I picked up were not the quality I was used to. I called Lilly, Manager of the Monticello and expressed my disappointment. She told me she was happy to know that and she would replace them for me when we wanted. I'm very happy to report that I called Lilly and she remembered me and said the pizzas would be replaced free if charge. I see why the Monticello store is exemplary. Thank you Lilly“

“Love their pizza, but lately it’s been overcooked with blackened crusts. The chicken salad had fresh ingredients, but the chicken itself was extremely dry. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly, which we appreciate. It’s unfortunate they don’t allow reservations for groups of 15, because you would think large groups bringing in business would be welcomed. Booths are rather small and tend to fit 4 people.“

“We love Sammy’s pizza over most others. The atmosphere here is sports bar type and is roomy with plenty of seating. Weird access to the parking lot but if you are familiar with it it’s no big deal. The prices are about the same as most places of the same food types, My wife and I ordered the Sammy’s Italian deluxe allegedly with pepperoni and salami, Thinking a peanut butter sandwich has more meat. Was really disappointed in the 15.00 sandwich.The fries were excellent however, the right size and fried perfectly. Our wait staff were fantastic. Next time I will stick to my regular order - pizza.“

“My friend and I wanted to play bingo and get some $1 tacos at Detour 19 in Loretto. When we got there we found out the kitchen was closed due to a fire. Luckily it wasn't bad and no one got hurt. We stayed and had a couple of drinks and then decided to order Domino's! The owner told us no problem! It was kind of funny watching the delivery girl, Dawn's face when she walked into a restaurant delivering pizza. Kudos to Domino's Pizza Rockford, MN and Dawn!!“

“It's unfortunate that Pizza Hut decided to change their personal pan pizzas. I am not a fan of the current version. It's more hand-tossed than deep dish and doesn't taste like “Pizza Hut”. This location used to sell breadsticks and no longer sell those either. Which is also a shame. The staff is nice. The place clean. Usually you have to wait for pizza to be cooked. It's got weird hours. My teen, however, would eat here everyday if I let her.“

The launch has gone smoothly from my perspective, and happy to have another option very close by in our growing community.“

We had a DoorDash Delivery mishap after putting in our online order– and their manager Johnny was so kind as to call us, make us fresh food (the delivery time was pushed back by almost 90 minutes!), and sent a free dessert. “This Pizza Hut is inside Target and is part of their front are with other food as well. The pizza is your typical Pizza Hut single serving pizza. Never had a complaint on this pizza and I know what I am getting and it’s accurate each time. The employees are friendly and work hard to get pizza out! Keep up the good work!“
