“Casual and cozy bar/diner (actually never been on the "restaurant" side) with a big menu. We always try to get a seat at the bar, good luck! Usually always busy and bustling. Bartenders and servers are friendly and attentive. Go here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner... sure to satisfy!“

You’ll probably have to take a to go box home! The owners are so nice they are usually cooking with the cooks in the back when they aren’t they are they are talking to the guest and making sure everything is going well! “Our waitress Brooke was great. Very busy night but she managed everything really well and always smiling. We were there last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary a few weeks early. We were married there as well as 6 years ago August 25th. Great place for a wedding too. I had the Ruben wich was excellent. My wife had the fish and chips and enjoyed them. Said was the best she's had in a long time. Keep up the great work.“

“Good bar food, good bar drink options, friendly staff. Maxine is the best! Popcorn and pull tabs, it kinda feels stuck in the 80's but sometimes that's a good thing. Besides, it's in Osseo which also seems like it's stuck in the 80's with the houses in the community being built in the 50's or older“

“Decent course. Head greens keeper thinks he owns the course. Chewed me out for not raking a bunker when I didn't see a rake. He showed me the rake (behind the back side of the bunker behind the green) 1 rake, 3 bunkers around the green. Maybe I'm wrong or maybe just get some more rakes like every other golf course in the country and stop chewing out your guests.“

“Duffy’s is always my go to. The servers are all very friendly, on top of everything, personable and treat people like family or friends they’ve know a long time. The food is absolutely AMAZING as well. There’s not much in their menu that is not homemade.Vegetarian options: N/A“

“Okay well as you see I rated this 4 stars and there is multiple reasons for that. I rated this lower but really it's a 4.5. And that's only because the noise... whenever I go eat there it is so unbelievably loud and I can't hear anyone talking to me so unless you go there in the morning it is really loud. But other than that the food is great and especially the breakfast food the Service is great and the waiters are really friendly one waitresses name is Mickey and she is like a family friend at this point so if you go there in the morning there is a 40% chance you will get her. “The pull tabs lady (blonde) was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a service industry position. I didn’t even feel comfortable going back to her today to retrieve the money that I won. Servers and bartenders were great even though it was pretty busy, and the food was great. :)“

“Watching curling while sitting down for a meal is fun. The pastrami sandwich is excellent, and they have a good pub menu. I must have been there on a slow night because the place was almost empty. I hope that's not the way it is every night, or they won't be around very long.“

“We had a nice quiet date night here on a Wednesday. Had the truffle gnocchi- it was bomb. I'll come back just for that! Our server was too young to drink to recommend a wine so I had her ask the bartender (I gave her some pointers of what I had in mind) and ended up finding a new favorite. The hostess, Tess, was also wonderful and bussed our table throughout our meal which was nice because we ordered 2 apps one at a time and then our meals and then dessert. Killing a couple of hours just enjoying a night out together. Definitely will be back!“

“I've been her3 before and forgot how delicious the burgers were. I was pleasantly surprised. And the tots were crispy and on point!As far as not so delicious.. the ice tea is not delicious and the cheese curds are way too garlic buttery. I would.not order them again. Reminded me of being saturated with papa John's garlic butte4“

“We were in town for a basketball tournament & a local recommended The Barrel House. There is a lack of parking so we almost didn't go in because there were cars parked everywhere. I called & they said there was no wait. We went into the dining room door first & you basically walk right into people eating, ha! So we turned around and went to the door further down which was the bar side. Worked out great being that's where we'd want to sit anyway! It was seat yourself & we were promptly greeted after sitting down. Our server was very personable. The food arrived quickly. She brought out mine & my husband's & said my sons pancake was almost done but she didn't want our food to get cold. I really appreciated that. When the pancake came out it was still steaming, delicious! We all really enjoyed our food. I had a sausage omlette with hash browns and my husband had a skillet. We will be back!“

“Lunchtime. Not crowded by any means. My server was excellent and attentive to my drinks. I ordered "The Tornado" burger, medium-rare with fries. The burger arrived toward well-done and was just average for flavor. Considering it's a monster with bacon and cheese and an egg with peanut butter, I was expecting more to be going on in my mouth. It was just average. Oh well, the fries were EXCELLENT. Crispy on the outside and very hot!Got out the door for $20 including tip at +20% because she did a great job. So all told, I got what I paid for. It was definitely enough food.“

“First time here, good food, service was good, they made a bigger deal about needing a reservation than it needed to be. We came without a reservation and it felt like we needed an act of Congress to get a table even though the restaurant is only half full. Still a good night out but could have been better,“

“Scoops Is a great place to hang out. They offer daily specials. Happy hours deals. Bingo on the weekends. Great brunch, and dart tournaments at least two times per week. It's a great hang out place for people familiar with the area and the service staff rules!!“

“Food was good. Breakfast pancakes, sausage, and good portion of hash browns. Good normal American comfort food. Service person checked on us three times. She seemed attentive and receptive. Atmosphere is what you expect from your neighborhood bar and grill. Reminds me of playing on three different softball teams and going after the games to get the Mountain Dew and food or most people I guess would be a beer. That kind of place for good friendships and teammates is what it reminded me of.“

“I ordered take out for my family as we're ne5e to the area and wanted to try it out. The fries and fried pickles were really soggy by the time I got back home but did have good flavor. The burgers were good. I'll have to try eating in the resturant so the food doesn't have time to get soggy. I'd recommend trying it.“
