We ordered two sandwiches on Saturday morning to eat while on the river. As you will see from the picture, I ordered a Turkey Tom on white bread. To my disgust, I opened my sandwich expecting Turkey but instead my Turkey Tom was roast beef. How does this even happen? I called the store and complained but instead I got hung up on. A few months ago, myself and my family of four placed a dinner order from this location. We waited for ever, and the food NEVER showed up. The next day, one of the other residents in our apartment building notified us that they had found a large bag of food in the bushes outside of our building with what was supposed to be our dinner the previous night still inside.
