This has to be the slowest Chipotle. Twice in the last 3 weeks I had to cancel my order as I waited 1 hour the first time and 35 minutes the 2nd time. Very frustrating. I do not recommend this location.
Terrible customer service. No way to get help from a real person. We ordered online, paid for 4 meals, brought home and only got 3. We could not get help from an actual person. Had to use AI or chat. Got a refund, but they never made it right. Left hungry and mad. Gonna stick with the local mexi-burrito place from now on.
worst burrito I've ever had.
all the meat and ice cold black beans, (from a hot well???) on one end, all the rice and salsa and cheese on the other side.
the amount of food and trash on the floor should have told me not to eat there.
