While the employees are nice, they seemed confused on how to work the app with the register, but we figured it out :). Ordered my delicious bagel but staff was busy filling ice and other things to have any urgency. The one gal didn’t notice the food cook was on a break and didn’t bother to help while gone. Super slow. Get it together gals and work as a team, customer first then fill your sink full of ice. Thank you.
I got the Just Egg breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good, the flatbread was a little hard though. Clean establishment and the music volume was at an appropriate level
for a coffee shop. I am glad Caribou serves a few vegan options including bagels, fruit shakers, Just Egg breakfast sandwich and the blueberry almond overnight oats.

Have you ever considered making a drink 0n Fridays and let people sample it with small cup. Or whatever day is slowest.
Parking: Baxter has parking. A bit tight to get in and out but always a spot.
