We went the other night to get some food. They got our order wrong in the bag. Our ice cream was pretty much melted when we received it. Extremely long wait times for a couple of items per car. We were not impressed.
I realize new employees are likely in training but I had to ask twice for a holder for my 2 Blizzards. Had to ask twice for my pup cup and a holder. Long wait but quite busy. I was handed a holder with 2 of the spaces broken, and a very full blizzard tipping in on of those spaces, without a cover! Only got 1 spoon. Also, one blizzard was fine, the 2nd one had the chocolate brownie extreme goods in the top half only. Need to do better
Ta les needed cleaning and so did bathroom. Not enough employees to keep anything filled. Floors were very sticky. The fish sandwich was very good , though.
