And disappoint with service
Excellent food and service!!
Over the last several Fridays, our group has come to Ruby’s for supper and bingo. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been very disappointing.
The service has been extremely slow. When dining with a group, our meals have been coming out at random times instead of together. On multiple occasions, we’ve seen our food sitting under the heat lamp for 10 minutes or more, and by the time it reached our table, it was cold.
