“We were in town for a double header baseball game and had our team call in their individual orders. We were prepared for it to be chaotic, over twenty families called in, but it was perfectly organized and bagged for us when we arrived with NO ERRORS! The coach even said it was “the best Erbs and Gerbs he’s ever had”. A mom said, “it tasted like they made it seconds ago!”. They can certainly handle large orders and if you’re in town-let them take card of you!“
“I placed a mobile order for one wrap and one sandwich meal, I got there 5 minutes after I placed my order. I went inside and waited for my food, at the same time someone came in and placed an order for a meal and got it before me. I continued waiting for a total of 14 minutes, when they finally finished my order and gave it to me. Usually a great experience there, this time they were off the ball. I will be back.“

“The last two times I ate here its been so good, they even ask to make sure it looks good! Today this lady was working by herself and getting busy. She was still fast and made sure rhe Sammy was made well. She kindly told everyone she had to get her bread put it so it would be a little while 8-9 minutes. Luckily everyone seemed understand and she was doing great. The sandwich was also great!“

“Went in today July 3rd 2025 around 2:15ish and was impressed with the 3 young ladies working!! They were getting slammed with a full lobby and orders over the headset and still managed to all provide great customer service and a delicious sandwich! Special credit to the young woman with the headset who was multi tasking multiple orders and helping other staff, I wish I could remember her name because if she hasn't been promoted to management she should be! I don't often see people putting their heart and soul in to a business like that and she was giving 100%! I'll be choosing this subway location again. Receipt says Subway #19018-0 and served by #4830 timestamps 2:29:27pm if that helps giving credit to that specific crew, they really did your location a solid with some real owner type pride in their work ethic and customer service.“

“I had initial trouble trying to purchase four gift card and stopped back the next day to see if they were activated or not. The manager, Randi had already looked into the situation before I arrived and had new cards waiting for me. She then went above and beyond to make it right for me. Let's just say she was very generous with me. Customer service like this is not common nowadays. I am impressed!“

“Food was good. Toppings for my sandwich were heated separately in a sauce pan while rest of sandwich was heated, which I’ve never seen before. Price is to be expected for the touristy area of Bemidji. Perfect for getting a quick bite to eat between seeing the shops.“
