McDonald's Big Lake!!! This place is fantastic!!! ❤
Foods alright.. the customer service really sucks and if I could give zero stars I would. I came through the past couple of days mostly in the morning and everyone in the drive thru is either not paying attention or there in a hurry and one morning I didn’t get a straw so I asked for one and I got a dirty look..whatever it’s not that hard to put a straw in the bag.
Same as every McDonald's

McDonald's, a fast-food chain known for its speed and convenience, has faced some challenges in recent times. Customers have reported frequent order mix-ups, high prices, and a decline in food quality, with thinner hamburgers and smaller portions. The dining experience has also changed, with more reliance on technology and less personal interaction. Despite these issues, the staff is often described as hardworking and trying their best to provide a good service.
