Every sausage or brat I’ve tried has been excellent.
I bought two "Rutabaga" pasties recently. WHAT rutabaga? I couldn't see or taste it in either. I might as well have bought two without. The crust had the flavor and texture of shoe leather, and there were more potatoes than anything else in them. GROUND MEAT makes them less appealing. At $8.50 each, I could have gone to Super One and bought at least three of their varieties for $17.00. My mom was born and raised in Chisholm. I’ve had a lot of pasties over the years between Northern Minnesota and the upper peninsula of Michigan. I have to say these are definitely my favorite. They cook great, the consistency is awesome (drier like they should be but no condiments needed). All the other locals I talked to like them too! I have gotten hooked on their jalapeño beef sticks.
