I usually I do online ordering but today I stood in line. I have to say that if you are a first timer at Chipotle I would have no idea how to order or what is what.
The lack of menu descriptions was appalling.
Ordered 3 entrees and 2 Mexican Cokes through the Chipotle app…I didn’t receive the Cokes. It is impossible to contact the store or anyone through the app. Everything is automated. Most likely will not be ordering Chipotle again.
