This was my wife and I’s first visit to the Blaine location. Overall, experience here was good. Cozy vibe, busy on a Sunday as you’d expect, drinks were good. Service was very good, our server was very attentive. However, my country fried steak and eggs plate left something to be desired. Portion was good, but the hash browns and eggs were incredibly dry. absolutely love Hope Breakfast Bar. For everyone complaining about their seating policy.... it's to make sure they are able to serve everyone. A lot of very popular brunch spots do the same thing.
We love the creative cocktails they have and love the food. Never been disappointed by the service either. one of our favorite brunch spots!
