Service was very slow, and the restaurant was understaffed. Food was ok, after a considerable wait after ordering
No one else seated in our section, yet they seat a couple right behind us. So I continuously had my seat bumped and listened to very loud conversation in another language. It was hard to hear at our table because they were so loud. The food (salmon and Ribeye) was good but not great. We will not go back.
Our apps arrived before the drinks. The whole meal experience took over two hours. Very poor service but the food was good. Not sure I would recommend to anyone.
We had a great lunch at Cadillac Ranch. The servers were all very friendly and the food was delicious! It's a great place for a larger group.
I chose this place instead of the rainforest cafe for noise reasons and I actually thought it was quite loud. The service was basic. Our server didn't introduce themselves and we had to wait quite awhile for our food. After we finished, it was fairly apparent we were ready to go and we also had to wait a long time for our check.
It took at least 15 minutes for a pretzel appetizer to be delivered They definitely seem short staffed for a Friday night I got the pork chop dinner. It was delicious, but the sides were quite small... I even asked the manager if the portions looked right and he said well they've gone back to following the rules about how to portion sizes... To me you need more than a small scoop of mashed potatoes to go with two pork chops for $26 at least he could've done is bring me some more mashed potatoes We've had really good experiences there before this was just not a good one
Our waitress Dev was fun and personable and excellent at her job! Food was very good. It was a nice escape from the mall and the theme park.
This is a restaurant of our choice whenever we go to MOA. It never disappoints and that's why we got there. This time it was great as usually.
Our waiter did not have the best attitude, I had just gotten married so this group of 14 was special to me. He wasn't as kind and he responded like he did not want to be bothered. He didn't change his attitude until my party started to tip ( at the END) which he received 100$ if not more in tips. I had this reservation booked a month in advance so it's not like we just popped up. Other than that and a few misses with our food it was a good day.
Food was phenomenal, no wait when we got there. When we were seated, took 5 minutes before we were greeted and drink order taken. My drink came out wrong. Then when ordered refills, took 5-10 minutes before getting the refill. Had the pork chops and sirloin steak and then cheesecake. All were great, tasted good, cooked correctly and filling. Would definitely recommend the place.

If you’re hungry this place is good. Ordered medium well steak and it was very much well done. And the seasonal vegetables were very much bland and over cooked.
As far as atmosphere the music was great good lighting but the bathroom was utterly disgusting and not very well maintained at all. I just wondered if the workers were using the same bathroom and serving guest as well

Excellent service and food, this place has a really great vibe. Our server, Chris, was awesome! He was very friendly and professional. I had the fish tacos and would definitely get them again!
