This is one of the better ice cream options in the mall, with huge servings and reasonable prices. If you're a Cold Stone fan like me, this is a decent choice for a mall treat.
I went to Coldstone today 07/21/25 around 6:30ish. I was greeted by the sweetest worker a little blonde girl with stars on her face. I ordered a Love it Founders Favorite. I will say it did take a little longer to make then I expected but when I got it, it was so good! As I was getting my ice cream I noticed how all the workers would laugh and talk together, which looked like an amazing work environment for them. And the ice cream was a bit pricey but it was SO worth it! Overall...
The ice cream was good as usual, but I would suggest that the store train their staff on their specials. We went for toddler tuesday and no one knew what I was talking about. They didn't honor the coupon and acted as if I made the whole thing up. It was super bizarre.
