Had the Sirloin Salad, sirloin tips didn't have as much pink as I expected but that's fine. Ate there again the next day, short staffed on Monday. Ordered the Grilled Cheese with brisket, that was good as well. Service was ok for being busy, my friends were a little impatient. Good variety - pizza, ribs, salad, wings, pasta, steak, etc. Serve a Carolina Reaper sauce which my hot eating friends said is a little weak. After Rainforest Cafe refused to seat us, even though we had a reservation, we walked to Cowboy Jack's and fortunately we were seated right away. Service was prompt and courteous. The food came out pretty quickly and everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals. It was refreshing to visit an establishment that cares about service and quality.
