I ordered Jimmy John’s to my work location from this store, and 2 hours later, the delivery driver had not shown up. I called the store 3x and eventually cancelled my order. They still took the amount out of my account. They said it takes 3-5 business days to replace the money. After 1 week, they did not return my money. I complained to general Jimmy John’s and they said they forwarded to franchise owner. I never heard from them. I went into the store to resolve the issue....read full review
you can't improve.....I had an online order 2 sandwiches for pickup I was literally delivering behind the porland ave store walked over to pickup my food doors locked kid comes to door I said I'm here for pickup he says ....watch this and canceled my order ....and yes I told him and his buddy mopping the floor what a couple useless tools they are ....its said store closed at 8pm I was there at 730pm and these twats cryin about being the only 2 working I have deleted the app...read full review
