November 3rd - 3 couples and a total disaster of a meal. Bad service; order was not done well. I talked with the GM on November 5th - and they were going to resolve it. Kincaid's is owned through Landry's - Kincaid's GM was powerless to resolve this - it had to go 'up the chain' - 4 layers. It is now December 20th - they are still trying to get this resolved. One of the BEST steaks in the region—sheer perfection! And the service is always top rate: if you can have LJ wait on you you’re in for an amazing experience. She’s the best! 🙂
