Had lunch at the cafe located at Nordstrom MOA. Terrible service! Took our initial order quickly but it took 15 min to get my drink order. Guess she was too busy bringing glasses out from the kitchen. And no acknowledgement or apology! Brought our food and then disappeared. Had to ask for our bill after she clearly saw we were done eating long before. I can give grace to understaffed and busy times but this was not the case. Thankfully the food was good!

What a difference in coffee flavor when they use a REAL ESPRESSO Machine. So delicious
and they do coffee art too!! Thsy always put a bright smile on my face! Thanks for being my favorite place ❤ for coffee and baked goods too are amazing ? Wow....

I choose to come here for my coffee and/or lunch a lot. Everyone is kind, cheerful, and efficient. I would highly recommend this location as an alternative to the busy unhealthy food courts. The coffee, salads and sandwiches are delicious. Keep up the great work Nordstrom!
