I've always been one to love legitimately different and fresh pizzas. True Neapolitan has been my mantra until I tried these guys, and this one takes that place. The freshly baked ingredients in the New Haven style is an epic experience I have never tried until Mall of America at their restaurant, and it was a game changer. Delicious surprise, and I'm converted to New Haven as my top favorite style

OG ZaZa Pizza is located at the Mall of America in the food court. The pizza is made quickly and is good, thin and crispy with a yummy crust. The Carbonara, The Fat Joe, the Fredo Pizza, The Lil Roni and Hellraiser were really good. One visitor ordered a large double pepperoni via the self-service kiosk and was able to watch the pizza being hand-made and then fired. The pizza was hot, spicy, and thoroughly delicious, and was thought to be one of the best pizzas. The pizza got burned once, but it was re-made and re-fired with only a short extra delay. The freshly baked ingredients in the New Haven style is an epic experience and a game changer, and the New Haven style is now a top favorite style. The owner offers a warm, welcoming smile and a free pizza, and he described the exceptional process he uses to create gut-healthy bread, sauces made fresh daily, and other natural ingredients without all the processing. The quality can be tasted in every bite. The house made ranch made the pizza 10X better. The food is just as comforting as the chefs. Eating in the open-plan food court is not really a place with atmosphere but it's OK. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
